You may contact our support team if you need support. We distinguish between the following categories:
- Operational support
In case of operational disturbances the appointed contact person of your organization can reach us at email@example.com. In urgent situations he/she can contact us by telephone.
- Support for small change requests
In case of small change requests such as editing of adding queries or other changes which you are afraid to apply yourself, you may use a voucher for getting expert support. The appointed contact person of your organization can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Support for wiki content management
In case of for example bulk content processing we can help you. We have advanced means for processing content in bulk, which may save you a lot of time. Again, the appointed contact person of your organization can reach us at email@example.com.
- Support for improving and expanding your wiki.
In case of larger projects we can advise you on i.a. the best approach. You can find an overview of our services on this web site.
We have a standard service level. Using a standard method for managing all wiki's enables us to reduce costs significantly. Experience shows this service level is more than appropriate.
On a regular basis we organize user group meetings, in which we discuss and verify our plans for improving and expanding the WikiXL platform. Also, these meetings are a platform for exchanging knowledge between wiki users. For this, we offer and stimulate wiki users presenting case studies.
